Yep, its Friday, which means I should be making something right now and I must admit, I am spoilt for choice today…
I’m waiting for new batteries for my drone project – if you’ve read my previous post on the subject you’ll know that I did have two from a previous project. However, it seems that one of them isn’t charging correctly. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I found a similar pair for around £5 and thought I’d give it a go. I am also waiting for some strip board as I want to make the circuit again, nice and neatly this time.
I have also received this today:
That is a little memory chip, that works via I2C – pronounced I squared C. If you’re serious about robotics, I2C devices is something you should definitely learn about. I’m hoping to use this to put together a mini tutorial on the subject.
My 3d printer is just finishing its print…I will be back with an update soon!!
In the mean time, let me know what you’re upto and if you’re stuck for ideas, check out some other blog posts or have a go at one of our arduino robot courses.
