Maze solving and making robot arms
So I’m currently having a little bit of a rest after some really exciting workshops this week.
We have done a range of activities with some students.
One of my favourites has been maze solving – I never did get round to painting it, but it did the job just fine and survived a number of crashes and fails!
My project for this week is starting to take shape, it is an arduino robot arm.
Here’s my initial sketch model – literally a couple of servos and some bits of wood that I have cut. For the final version I will be 3d printing the parts so it will look much nicer!
Also, to make it more interesting this will actually serve as a robotic lamp, as opposed to just an arm… I have some fun plans for it and will also hopefully program in some behaviours…Stay tuned!
